I was just curious if anyone has tried liquid vitamins, and if their blood work has come back normal. I found Eco Drink at costco and I love the taste. Its a Multivitamin powder you mix with Water - helps me get my liquid and my Vitamin all at once. Has anyone else tried this? Or are there any others you recommend?
