meyouus 415 Posted May 14, 2015 Hi All ! I'm scheduled to have RNY on the 17th of June. I am 339, 5'4", 48. I look like the Michelin Man, lots of folds. Now my breasts already hang very low, point south and they're large. They get in the way of my arms as they seem to fall to the side of me. I HATE them, always have. Some time after RNY, how do your breasts take the weight loss? Do some just fill back up? Do some go completely flat? Do some shrink and look perky? What happens to your breasts long after surgery? AngelaE 104 Posted May 15, 2015 Yes I have saggy breasts but they are not too bad, that 'a one part of my body I've been loosing quickly. I started off as a size 42JJ to now a size 34G with 7 months!!! I know the size 34G is looking to big...
meyouus 415 Posted May 17, 2015 Thanks Ladies... I'm just extremely concerned about my breasts getting worse than the already are, but when you say, "tube socks", I know I'm doomed. In a perfect world, I could have breast augmentation, etc. but my world is not perfect. The only hope I'd have for that surgery would be if I have infectious raw spots under the skin flaps that make augmentation medically necessary. Looks like I'll have fun shopping for well fitting bra's. Only, when I get home from work, that sucker comes off asap! I always say, "Let the Krakons loose!" lol. Then they're all up in my business. Oh well. Life could be worse. :-)
SAD HATTER 122 Posted May 18, 2015 At least you people have boobs... I have surgery in August. I am 6ft tall, and 350 lbs. I am a 40 B.... a freaking B... I am going to have to buy some fakies.
jess9395 5,449 Posted May 18, 2015 Went from 271 to 135. 42DDD to 32DD but it's all the aforementioned "tube sock" rolled up into a bra. Reached 135 in a year and have been there six months. The skin has "sprung" back somewhat--the socks are shorter and the "headlights" point back the right way again--still very deflated, but not as bad as I expected. I am lucky, will have surgery to fix them in June, but all in all they aren't as bad as they could have been. I am 45 and have spent most of my life overweight with a few yoyo's but wasn't truly obese till after my first kid 16 years ago...just to give you a bit of history. jacileggs 402 Posted May 19, 2015 (edited) I didn't have big boobs for my size before. Went from a 40d to a 34b. I could probably roll em up and stuff em in my bra. The b cup is big. So sad. The weight loss have exaggerated my uneven size so I'm looking at a lift with implants to even things out. Edited May 19, 2015 by jacileggs
Cupcake 801 Posted May 19, 2015 I am one year out today and I went from a size 48 DDD to a 36 DD I miss my girls but I look great in a size large shirt instead of a 3 x shirt. LOL so they were worth it, lol if you do not like your size you can always get a breast lift or enhancements.
