Pretty sure 90% of newbie's questions and concerns (including the one you just posted) have already been asked and answered dozens, if not hundreds of times. applegal79 19 Posted May 15, 2015 Don't weigh yourself so frequently! I weigh myself every 2 weeks and as long as the number is less than the last time I was on the scale, that's all that matters!
