This was me last Thursday (6/9) morning before checking in for my sleeve. I weighted 312 at my 1st surgical appointment and 289 the morning of surgery. Right now I'm home trying to get all of my fluids and Protein in. It's so hard.

This is a picture that someone else took. I was in the background and saw myself and about died. I pulled the pic because I wanted to remember how huge I was. This was Valentines 2016. I was at my heaviest 332lbs. I am not 306 and trying to lose more before surgery. This pic disgusts me on so many levels!
