pamzie85 7 Posted May 12, 2015 Thanks. Hope you get through. Should be fine. It's quite good that they do this evaluation. Makes you more realistic about things. Good luck!
Lena24 2 Posted May 12, 2015 May I ask what types of liquids are u doing?
pamzie85 7 Posted May 12, 2015 Well I'm from the UK and I am doing the NHS liver shrinkage diet which contains an allowance of 1pint of semi skinned milk, 4 muller light yogurts 100 calories each and 4 portions of low fat Soups 100 calories each. Of course you can buy and brands as long as you follow the calorie count. Unlimited tea and coffee and you can use the milk form your allowance as well as unlimited sugar free squash which I am yet to find as all they have out there is no added sugar which still contains natural sugars. Hope that helps. And let me know what diet you'll be doing as it seems everyone does something different and I'll be interested to know.
Lena24 2 Posted May 12, 2015 As of right Now all they have told me is that its ten days of liquids they only gave an example of Protein Shakes
pamzie85 7 Posted May 12, 2015 Sounds like the Protein Shake diet with fruit and veg. The usual for the US I think. Sounds good!
rosieuk 58 Posted May 12, 2015 Hi Pamzie I'm UK too and on my second week of pre-op diet. I've had a different option up to now but am going to do the 4 ww Soups and yoghurts for this final week. Good luck
