carebear42 82 Posted July 7, 2015 I am a slow loser! I am 5 weeks out tomorrow and I have lost 25 pounds since surgery. I started at 270 (I am 5'11"). I had my one month dr appointment today and they said I was doing great. I feel so much better! Amazing what a difference 25 ponds makes! It does makes SUCH a difference! I can tell my body is changing just in the little thing. When I walk my arms and hips don't collide like they used to! It's really nice!

mmrennau 58 Posted July 8, 2015 So I had my surgery on the 6th was supposed to go home by today but they want me to stay another day because I have not been getting enough fluids. 1-2 oz per hour. They want me to drink 5-6 oz per hour. That seems like a lot. ???? I miss my babies at home. Other than that everything else is okay. Trying to pass this gas which doesn't seem to want to come out. I burp a few times though but that's it.
Spiceyfrog 269 Posted July 8, 2015 @@mmrennau, that does seen like a lot. My "goal" was 4 ounces, but I just had to make sure Protein did not make me nauseous before I was released. Sounds like everything else went well for you.
