To go to Dr. Alvarez, you probably fly into San Antonio. He has a wonderful reputation and I briefly considered going with him, but I just couldn't afford it. I think there are highly skilled and competent surgeons in TJ, so that's where I went :) and Dr. Almanza no bueno!!!! Lol

I'm three years post-op from Dr. Guillermo Alvarez in Piedras Negras, MX and I wouldn't have chosen any other doctor in the entire world to do my sleeve! He is amazing, caring, and really knows what he's doing, and he does it because he cares. He charges more than others but I didn't care. I saved and saved and it was way more than worth it!!
