Hi All, my name is Youma and I'm 39 y/o and mom of beautiful boys. My starting weigh was 263 and I'm 5"7 tall. I had my gastric sleeve on 05/01/15 and have lost only 18lbs from pre op diet to date. My goal is to loose 85lbs in a year. I have started feeling light but I know for sure that I have a long way to go. I'm one week post but haven't be able to drink 2 8oz Protein Shake. I was just able to finish one yesterday. I can eat pureed food it got stuck. I have been dring Soup and I'll overcook my veggies and meat, smash them with a folk and eat it. Still I feel full just after 2 bites. I can tolerate soup very well and I can drink my Water and other liquid fine.
