Today is my clear liquid day, and I'm feeling bloated and constipated. Is there a cure and will this affect surgery tomorrow?

Drink more, your body is likely building up to clean out if you get my drift.... one of the main reasons for the liquid diet. My doc requires 3 day clear liquid. I've got 26 days until that. Speedy recovery on the losers side! I will join you on 6/8
