New Whey Liquid Protein at Walmart has been easy for me. 42 grams of Protein in only 3.8 oz. I split one. Half in morning and second half at lunch.< /p>

@nmsuggirl06 I am 9 days post op. If you like your shakes then my be you can add Water to it to thin it out.
