Where did I go wrong

Thanks everyone!!! I think I needed a good kick in the butt that some of you gave. The sleeve hasn't failed me. I've failed the sleeve. We went on vacation at Christmas and it's been down hill since. I included a pic of my before and after from November 2014. I started eating carbs again (no rice or pasta) and I'm confident that they are what has been my downfall. I need to restart. And I need someone to help keep me in line. I was a member when I first started talking about the surgery but I've since forgotten my login. So I guess just a fresh start all around. Thanks for the motivation to start over!!

I definitely understand rmbjwhite in 2013 I was 281 and got down to 220 and now I'm 254 this road is very tuff not understanding.

Check with your surgeon's office too. The practice where I go has monthly support groups. The last one I went to, they mentioned that they are starting a group for people who have gained weight after surgery. I love myfitnesspal. I don't mind tracking what I eat on there at all. Good luck! You've got this!
