how do you make your chicken salad on pureed diet?

Do you use light or low fat mayo? Do you add anything to it?

I used canned chicken breast (convenience) and regular Miracle Whip, I didn't add anything else to it. After weeks of liquids/purees it was incredibly good. I still love to take this for lunch, but sometimes I mash it with Fat-free Ranch dressing instead of mayo.< /p>

I used Hellman's light mayo, salt, pepper, canned chicken and an immersion blender.

I was able to get canned chipotle chicken and buffalo chicken. I rinsed those a little the first time since I was afraid I would have an issue if it was too spicy. I would sometimes add a little hot sauce or a tiny bit of BBQ Sauce to the mixture for a slightly different flavor.

For egg salad I would add Guldens mustard to the light Mayo. It almost gives it a deviled egg flavor.
