My experience nearly one year post-op, low bmi'er, success!

Hey everyone!

Glad that this post was helpful. I want to post a before/after pic here as well. I'm so much thinner that there are times when I can't believe what I'm seeing in the mirror! Today was like that, so I snapped this picture.

Before pic: 220 lbs, size 16 pants, 5 years ago

After pic: 127 lbs, size 0 pants, 11 months post-op

You look amazing and happy. That's what's important. I too had a low bmi, starting weight 232 and I'm four and a half months out. Down 50 pounds so far. Like you, I'm trying to enjoy the journey and giving myself a year to reach goal. This made me excited to see what's to come!!
