kimmom 5 Posted June 18, 2007 Hello, Just wondering if you get pain when you burp ? I am only two weeks post op and the pain when I burp is getting worse. Also I have a hard time getting the burp up I have to bend over and it comes out all on its own. Just hoping that it goes away, I told the Dr and he said everyone is different that seems to be the explination to so many questions when newly banded. kimmom 5 Posted June 18, 2007 I also look kind of foolish but if I bend down to the ground the gas comes flying out my mouth but no matter when it does it feels like a mild heart attack. Jeni 85 0 Posted June 18, 2007 how long have you had the band in????? i had the same problem the first couple of weeks... i also notice that i start burping if i eat to fast (swallow to much air) or when i et a new fill the first couple days after.. i only expirienced pain while burping right after surgery. but not now. good luck. if you have other question feel fre to message me Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I know when I am out at the store or something I will act like I am messing with my shoe or something until it comes out.
