Hello all. My name is Monty. I am having surgery in a few days (July 13). Nervous and excited all at the same time.

My surgery date is also July 28. I have Cigna and was approved - Bmi of 37 and no comorbidities. At first they declined me and said I was missing a nutrition appt, after doing one more and resubmitting I got approved in two days. Anyone have flavorless Protein they can recommend?

Will be sleeved on the 21st. I am doing Protein Shakes twice a day and a small low carbohydrate meal once a day. Clear Liquids on Monday. Excited and scared at the same time.
