Stevehud 1,790 Posted May 4, 2015 Peanut Butter is actually good for you, my nutritionist made me use it. the natural Peanut Butter which there are now much more of as well. i do find the natural stuff is uber sticky and i miss drinking some milk to wash it down but its still not a bad choice if youre allowed and in the right stage, right type and right amounts. AvaFern 3,516 Posted May 4, 2015 @jane13 Have you tried PB2? It cuts out all of the fat but leaves all of the Protein. It comes in powdered form and if you mix it in with a Protein shake it is very good. I thought it sounded disgusting so I only happened to try it randomly- now I love it!
