mariahthompson0913 11 Posted May 2, 2015 I am on the pre-op diet right now, I am supposed to do shakes 2x a day and then a high Protein & low starch veggie meal. gresau1 10 Posted May 19, 2015 I am two months post op and eat PBFit everyday as a night time snack. I add vanilla flavoring, a few packets of Splenda and 1 teaspoon of regular Peanut Butter (34 calories). Does anyone have thoughts on this? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
