krissy202001 5 Posted May 1, 2015 Has anyone taken liquid Vitamins post op and have one you recommend? I am 4 weeks out and I can't stand the chewable vitamins I was recommended. I have been looking at liquids but there are so many available, I don't know which one to buy!
judyoz 240 Posted May 1, 2015 I am a nurse and dispensed tons of liquid Vitamins. They always smell horrible. I would rather chew one but that is just me.

rp1980 116 Posted May 6, 2015 Nutrametrix liquid Vitamins saved me! I take their Calcium and Multivitamin. I couldn't stand the chewables. I got sick from them. When I mix the nutrametrix with the Water, it tastes like OJ or orangeade to me. And the bonus is that I only have to take it once a day, as opposed to 2x a day for the Vitamins and 3x a day for the Calcium. Good luck!
