VSGmary 418 Posted April 30, 2015 (edited) WLS chicken salad 1¼ lbs cooked chicken, shredded (about 3 cups) 1 cup celery, chopped ½ cup walnuts, chopped 1 cup grapes, halved 1 pink lady apple, cored and diced (squeeze lemon juice over apple to stop any oxidization) ¼ cup onion, diced ¾ cup light mayonnaise ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp onion powder These ingredients make up 8 servings. CowgirlJane 14,260 Posted May 1, 2015 I used to make a similar salad using canned chicken from costco. I had forgotten but it was one of my staples for awhile.
