jennafah 81 Posted May 6, 2015 I'm only able to consume approximately 500 calories a day. Is that normal? I don't want to go the unhealthy route but I can only eat a small cough medicine capful of food in one sitting. I'm using the fitness pal app to log my food and it keeps telling me I'm unhealthy because I need to eat 1000 calories or more. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
