Zamanthia 1 Posted April 30, 2015 Have you ever tried the low carb wraps, Flat Out? I am only a week out, so I cannot try them yet but I used to eat them often while low carbing. They make several varieties in the 7 - 10 carb range.
sharonintx 1,275 Posted April 30, 2015 Corn is better than flour as far as feeling bulky after you eat it.

BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted April 30, 2015 I do lettuce wraps. Less carbs and natural Fiber.
tnf0920 11 Posted April 30, 2015 I have low carb ones, 5 carbs per tortilla. They're not the best tasting, but I can handle it ok. Only can ever eat half though and that's because I make a wrap with lots of meat and stuff. The chicken cool wrap from chick fil a is good too, still can only eat a few bites of that. JerzyTomato74 91 Posted April 30, 2015 Yes, I started eating a tortilla on occasion around 2 months out. They help satisfy my need for a sandwich. I use La Tortilla Factory brand which have 6 net carbs. They are a little chewier than other brands but tasty.
