quicktrigger81 9 Posted April 29, 2015 well it's been 1 month and I've lost 40 pounds... I go to get my little girl in 32 days and I am hoping to have lost another 30 by then. She's 12 and has never seen me under 300 pounds. What can I expect in the 2nd month? Do I keep losing or does it flatten out? Anyway guys I've started eating real food agin. You will have more energy as you lose and can do more in the gym and you will lose more and constantly feel better and better. It's a win win. Hit the gym.
