Whey Isolate vs Soy Protein vs Milk Protein

I have found two Protein shakes that I really like. One is a whey powder I mix with skim milk with 30 gms of Protein and the other is a pre-made shake with milk Protein with 20 gms of protein. There is another out there with soy protein that is a pre-made with 25 gms.

My question is, if I only use the pre-made when mixing the whey powder is not feasibile, is this okay? They are roughly about the same calories and carbs. They all use splenda for sweetner.

Any insight would be helpful!! :)

I wouldn't get too hung up on the difference between 20 and 30 grams of Protein. IF over the course of a day you are getting 60 - 80 grams in total you are doing good.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
