Essence46 493 Posted April 29, 2015 (edited) I have had 3 deviled eggs, two Protein Bars, a Protein Shake, two bottles of Water and some Peanut Butter on a spoon. My body is like "forget all that crap!! I am hungry!! Feed me! I need food. Real food". LOL!! I want some french fries (6 or 7) will do and a bite of a burger. Just a bite. That's all I need. EmpoweredAmy 4 Posted May 5, 2015 This sounds like head hunger rather than physical hunger. The hardest thing for me was figuring out the difference between the two.
