Hi all,

I started my journey (insurance approval,pre-approval) back in February. My journey has been a fast one compared to what I have read from others. I am so nervous about the surgery on friday. This will be my first ever surgery as well as a life changing operation. Any words of encouragement or advice would be awesome.

After the initial surgery pain which for me was not bad and only lasted a few days, you will feel amazing with each pound you lose. I can't stress enough to follow your doctors orders to a t and you will do well. Good luck and sending positive vibes your way!!

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
