GERD!!! I will never forget waking up at 2am, unable to breath because of this burning sensation in my throat!! After my surgery, I was told to take omeprazole every morning for at least 2-3 months after my surgery to prevent heartburn. I have to say that I have not had heartburn or this awful experience that wakes me up at night since my surgery 3/2. It will get better.

As for the weight loss... Ugh!! I too get stuck and not loose much. I was at 2 weeks without loosing 1 lb and suddenly I lost 4. I guess I just have to be patient and remember that I will get to my weight goal !!
