Bloated

I just had my band put in 5 days ago and still feel so very bloated. When should this go down or does it vary?

It took me about a week. Hope you feel better soon. Make sure you are walking and getting around. It helps

They pump you full of saline and fill your body cavity with gas. It can take up to month before you feel somewhat normal but I'd guess 2 weeks is avg.

Okay, thank you. Actually today (7th day) I am feeling so much better. have been walking loads too which I think is helping shift it!

Now 11 days post op and still get a little bloated but nothing like it was....
