Kelligirl428 1 Posted April 22, 2015 I am 6 days post-up and in the past 3 days a strange rash on my stomach, sides and back has gotten worse. It is small little red bumps that itch like crazy. Seems like an allergic reaction to something. Antibiotics, anesthesia, toxins? Anyone else have this issue? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
joatsaint 2,814 Posted April 22, 2015 I didn't get any bumps or itching, but I do have 5 or 6 finger tip size red splotches on my chest and neck. They appeared sometime in the 1st year post-op. sharonintx 1,275 Posted April 22, 2015 Yes - i got the rash too. They told me that it was caused by glue that the surgeon uses in addition to stitches. It went away in a few days to a week. It was maddening in the meantime though. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
