Dr. Allen is from Louisville and one of the most highly regarded lapband surgeon in the US. I believe he was trained in Australia and he has trained a lot of other doctors. I could not get into him but I was able to get my lapband done by one of his partners at University Surgurical Associates in Louisville, KY at Norton's Hospital. He has really worked hard to advance the usage of lapband in WLS.
