Ahhh, week 4 of liquid diet, last week yahoo, surgery on 28th. I will say one thing for the liquid diet, you can lose weight, lost 25 pounds on it. is there anyone else who had to do liquid diet for 4 weeks, if so how did you do on it, not too bad, but some days are harder than others.
