In my humble opinion, all Protein shakes taste bad. The goal is to find one that you can tolerate. So experiment until you find one. For me I used Muscle Milk Light (vanilla creme). I blended it in a Ninja blender (single serving size) and blended in a banana.

There are a lot of variety out there to chose from. So find one that will work for you.

I tried a few different ones and the one I really like is Isopure zero carb vanilla and unflavored. With one scoop I get 25 grams of Protein and I do not have to worry about the carbs. I have a shake every morning. My morning fix is 1 scoop of Isopure, approx 10 blueberries, and 1/4 cup of cannon light and Fit vanilla yogurt, 1/4 Water. It is awesome and very filling.
