Rochoa 5 Posted April 26, 2015 Thanks! I will look for the app. I can't wait to get walking and exercising. I do walk a little. I have really bad plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, and posterior tibial tendinitis. I have a lot of pain when I walk. I'm sure as a lose weight it will get easier. Thanks for the list of foods.
Rochoa 5 Posted April 26, 2015 I have sugar free fudgesicles. I was afraid to eat them. I will try them out. I'm terrified of dumping.
kempermorris 144 Posted April 27, 2015 The only time I had dumping syndrome was when I ate 3 pieces of bacon with my Breakfast. Never again. If it's greasy I can't eat it. No fried food or sugar. The fudgesicles don't bother me. Only 40 calories & taste pretty close to ice cream.
FeelinGood2015 23 Posted May 1, 2015 (edited) My go to Protein Shake is Performance whey isolate vanilla shake flavor. I tried about 15 different brands until I found this. I mix it with 10oz skim milk and two packets of Splenda. 38gms of Protein per shake including the skim milk. I drink one in the morning and then my food supplements the rest of my protein requirement. But in the event that I just can't get the food in, I will drink another for dinner to make sure I have my protein in. It is not chalky, I mix it with a Blender Bottle so it doesn't get too frothy, and the flavor is really good. I got this at costco but I am sure they sell it at other places like GNC, Walmart, etc. It does get better. I swear! Hang in there!
