After 4 months out and 55 pounds gone, I finally stopped procrastinating and joined Barry's bootcamp in Sherman oaks. First off Let me say how much I loved everything about. The motivation, the attention from the instructor, the music. Barry's Kicked my ass pretty hard today. I must say I am proud of myself. Will continue for 4 times a week for a few months. Hoping for major results :)
