So my surgery was January 20th. Things have been going great until a couple of days ago. Now all the sudden with any food at all there is a pain in my gut. It comes and goes. Feels like a rock that's stuck and just keeps rolling in the same general area. This doesn't make me happy

Considering you are 3 months out and this is a new development not related to diet or other physical changes that you can identify, I think you need to consult with your physician. I would call the office. Good Luck!

I had my surgery mid Nov and around Feb I started having pain under my left shoulder blade. I had a ct scan done and they couldn't see anything. Two months later it is still here. I really feel it when I take my Vitamins (flintstones chewables.) My doc has no idea why I am feeling this. I could get an upper gi done but the pain isn't unbearable. Feels like burning...like a hive on my stomach. My primary doc said that pain in your shoulder blade area is too high to be the stomach. All I know is when I eat it burns there :)

Could it be your gallbladder?

People often get gallstones from weight loss.

I've heard of a pill called Actigall that is supposed to help prevent them.
