Started back on the wagon....1st day of liquid diet

First day of liquid diet. Fell off the wagon a long time ago becuz I couldn't get to ONEderland. It deterred me from trying anymore to lose weight. I have gained 30 lbs back in the past few yrs :wacko: and I have been lazy and not exercising. I have started back with the exercising with swimming and weight room. I love to swim and love pumping Iron and it makes me feel better and happy but with not following the rules aint losing any weight. :o

Forgot how hard it is to do a liquid diet. I already have the chills and now drinking hot tea to try and warm my body up. Maybe I need to eat some more cream of broccoli Soup. lol ;)

So I am asking any of the other Bandsters if they have had the same issue as me and would like to be a band buddy to keep each other honest would really be appreciated. Wish me luck

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
