CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO START CHECKING INTO A DR ETC FOR THE LAP BAND I WORK FOR THE STATE I HAVE 2 MEDICAL CONDITIONS GERD AND JOINT PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF THE EXTRA WEIGHT HAS ANYONE OUT THERE DEALT WITH THE STATE BCBS FOR THIS PROCEDCURE? NEED LOTS OF HELP PLEASE:help:
