Riz2006 242 Posted April 10, 2015 And I am down 49lbs! I didn't weigh in today so I may have it the 50lb mark. I'm so thrilled! I went and saw some co-workers who I haven't seen in a couple weeks(I'm a substitute teacher) and I had 4 compliments while I was there (only 1 of the 4 knew about surgery). I did end up telling 2 of them that I had surgery and they were very positive about it. It's great motivation to hear such positive comments! My sister saw me today and it's been a week since she has seen me. She was in complete awww and shocked of how much I'm changing from even just a week ago! I just feel so good! I still have another 80lb to go but so far amazing! I have been walking 1-2 miles on treadmill 4-5 days a week and doing arm lifting a couple days a week. I have had serious plantar fasciitis for several years and I have already noticed such an improvement in that! I could cry with tears of joy! I love my sleeve! gresau1 10 Posted April 12, 2015 I was sleeved on March 17th. As of today, April 12th, I have only lost about 10 lbs. I am a male, and my weight on surgery day was 280. I am doing everything I am supposed to do. I am taking in about 95 grams of protein/day, I drink 64oz. of Water with crystal light/day, and I exercise 30 minutes/day four days/week. My carbs are very low, and I am getting in about 800 calories/day. I weighed this morning after about 9 days, and almost threw the scale against the wall. I feel like s$#t right now because I am putting so much effort into this and am not seeing the results that most others are seeing. What am I doing wrong??? Riz2006 242 Posted April 12, 2015 Gresau1 hang in there! Sounds like you are doing everything right! Have you measured yourself? I know most say even with the scale not moving they are still losing inches. The scale will start moving soon for you!

Everyone is different, so don't be too harsh on yourself. I would talk to your NUT or surgeon to see if they can help you. Are you weighing your food? I know a lot of people who are off on their portions because they guess at what they are eating. When are you eating? What are you eating? What is your exercise routine?
