Brazilian NUTS

Hello Readers,

Would you kindly inform me has to how many months out were you all when you could start eating Brazilian Nuts. I've read that these nuts or HIGH in PROTIEN and thought that this maybe the way to go for me hence I dislike protien shakes and bars.

I started eating nuts including brazil nuts at about 12 weeks. You just have to take it slow and first and make sure you chew them up very good. Now, nuts are my go to snack if I absolutely have to have something it is usually nuts, cheese or jersey.

Hi Djmohr,

3 Months out reads well with me, hence I'll be travelling and this will be perfect for my protien intake. Has I can't stand protien shakes nor the protien bars.
