JamieLogical 8,713 Posted April 13, 2015 @@ZoeyBear Did you have a pre-op diet? If not, the headaches might be caused by your entering ketosis due to a lack of carbs. Most of us go through that during the pre-op diet stage.
Casey235 83 Posted April 13, 2015 I've also had two c-sections, hysterectomy, and gall bladder removal... And the pain isn't as bad as the other three, but the weird part that I guess I didn't think about, is where the pain will be. All the other surgeries were low on the abdomen and this one feels literally right between my ribs, and up into my throat! But yes I was (and still am) sore, it's a little better than the other surgeries though, but it does hurt!
Rhonda137 12 Posted April 13, 2015 My c-section was much worse than my sleeve. Sleeve wasn't nearly as painful, I still needed pain meds for about a week but never had the pain I had with my c-section. Plus, getting up and moving around was easier with the sleeve. Trying to get all the fluids and Protein in the first week or so was my challenge , but the sleeve recovery was surprisingly easy.
