Putting too much pressure on yourself can make you chicken out of your workout. If you find yourself trying to talk yourself into skipping your workout, make a deal with yourself. Tell yourself you’ll warm up for at least five minutes, and then if you still feel tired, you can quit. Chances are, you’ll keep going for your full workout.

I find that finding things to do that are fun, makes me more likely to workout. Take a quick bike ride or a dance class. Check groupon for activities you've never done before but always wanted to try. Be adventurous!
