agalindo17 331 Posted April 7, 2015 So today I started in my solids so far so good but I've notice that when I feel full I get that feeling for a while and then I tried eating a SF Popsicle and it installing made me feel better. Has anyone experience the same thing?
chrisbo 6 Posted April 7, 2015 Yes I love me some popsicles. They work great to soothe my stomach.
timetotakeitoff 18 Posted April 7, 2015 I had the same experience at the beginning. I figured it was because I was always so dehydrated and my body relaxed when it felt like it was getting some quick liquid.< /p>
CanyonBaby 1,852 Posted April 7, 2015 Aren't they great?! And you can make your own, as well. I wonder if you are putting too much in your tummy and that is why it doesn't feel so good after eating? Remember the next time you eat to try and FEEL where the food hits, and when you are full, you are TOO full. Then the next time try to eat a few bites less. You want to feel sated, not full. Full means you have food in your esophagus, and that is not good. This takes a lot of practice, but you will get the hang of it. Good luck!
