ok I am at 86 pounds down and I have been on a stall for one month.

would starting back on one of my earlier phases work such as eating pureed food like I did during week 4. anybody out there ever went back to one of their for eating phases where you eat less but consume a lot of Protein and Water and exercise? help this is really starting to get me me down. I have more weight to lose to reach my goal.

I would not go back to purees, but I would advise going back to basics like in the first few months.

If you don't currently keep a food log start one up again. Log in everything and be totally honest about! Stick with Protein first and then low carb veggies. Keep Protein up above 80g, carbs under 30-40, and calories low around 600-800. Get all your fluids in and take all your Vitamins. Those are the common goals I see the successful losers sticking with for the first few months.

I think just clean up the diet a bit. Focus just on Protein and veg. Make sure to get in your Water.< /p>

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
