My "normal" weight the last week has been 150.1 but after returning from a weekend in the high mountains hiking 25 plus miles, I'm weighing in at 156.1 this morning. I'm sure it's a combination of holding onto Water and extreme exercise building gorgeous new muscle mass! Haha! Put 156.1 as my starting weight for the challenge and it will (hopefully) show an amazing loss next week! My goal weight will be 147.
