Very slow loss immediately after surgery

I had my sleeve performed on 25 March 2015 and since going home from hospital I have only lost 1kg. I lost 7kg in my pre op diet and 2kgs while in hospital. I'm still in the Fluid stage and am not having anything I shouldn't be, drinking 1 litre of Water a day. What am I doing wrong? I haven't been able to speak to the dietitian due to Easter and him only working two days a week. I'm very depressed as I thought it would be faster than this.
