Liquid diet...

So I started my liquid diet yesterday. I just have this weird smell in my nose. Is it just me? who else is having to do the liquid diet 2 weeks prior to surgery?

I'm on a 5 day liquid diet and yesterday was my 1st day and it was hard but I made it through with some headaches probably due to sugary withdrawals!! Gotta keep pushing my surgery is April 21 so I'm excited n scared!!

I have to drink 4 to 6 Protein Shakes a day and I can fill in with Water and broth. Absolutely NO food!! I have two more days of that and one day just Clear Liquids, surgery Monday. Hang in there it goes by fast.

I'm on day 3 of liquid diet and I have had a terrible headache by noon everyday and I'm so sleepy by then. Have y'all had that experience??
