Hi all, I was just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on the juice plus capsules? Has any one taken them with the band?

I'm getting married soon and I was told they are really good for hair and skin?

I am not familiar with the juice plus capsules; however, I take Biotin (gels) twice a day and they do wonders for hair and nail (in my opinion).
