Just wondering have any of you taken protien tablets? If so, where did you purchase them from and did you find them to work.

I've not heard of them either, though I was wondering if they do exist. If so, where are people purchasing them from.

They do exist (just do a search on Protein tablets). However, they only offer a very small amount of Protein in each tablet (usually 1-2 grams) and are really not much use.

Thank you so much for this information, much appreciated. After reading what you have typed I don't think I'll worry about purchasing any tablets,like you stated the tablets are not that great if only 1-2 grams.

At our support group meeting the other night we were given samples of Protein pouches. Tiny...20grams of protein 0 sugar and 0 carbs. Look up protein pouches they look similar to applesauce in a pouch but smaller. Never knew they existed.
