HEALTHYLEE 5 Posted April 6, 2015 I'm scheduled with Dr Garcia as well!
HEALTHYLEE 5 Posted April 6, 2015 I had surgery with Dr. Fernando Garcia, Tijuana Bariatrics in October. I was very happy with their service. Ask any questions you might have. I am happy to help. I'm schedule with Dr Garcia April 24th. How did you feel right after surgery? How long did you stay? Atallia is my coordinator
HEALTHYLEE 5 Posted April 6, 2015 @@HEALTHYLEE - I was extremely nauseous after surgery and threw up all night until about 1pm the next day. I would say that this is not typical, however, because I have always had a very weak stomach and am prone to throw up very easily. There was another lady next door that was throwing up too though. I don't think hers lasted as long as mine. All I can say is WALK WALK WALK. It will help you tremendously. I stayed for 2 nights in the hospital and then 2 nights in the hotel. The nurse came by the hotel, checked on me and cleaned up my wounds some. The pre-op diet and first month after surgery really sucked for me, but I have seen people on here and other forums that have no issues whatsoever so hopefully you are in that category. If you are in my category, just know it will get better. I feel awesome now, more energy than I have had in a long time and FINALLY just broke my stall that I had been in. I'm 73lbs lighter. Let me know if you have any more questions. Good luck to you on your journey. Thanks for the response but I believe I will have the same issue as you did. I too have a weak stomach and after my Tummy Tuck years ago I threw up. I might as well get ready for what's about to happen. My date is near. Thanks again
