I am stoked!

I just had my 4th adjustment appointment with my surgeon this morning. I couldn't stifle the laugh when he looked at my weight loss and said "Holy Shit, you lost 11 pounds!!!"

I am a little over 4 months out from my surgery, and I am down 61 pounds (including the 2 week liquid phase prior) and I couldn't be happier.

I am down from a size 24 to an 18.

I am 245 pounds, a weight that I haven't seen in probably around 6 years.

I am happy... simply happy.

I did not expect the results to be this consistent, but I am happy I was wrong!

That is AWESOME!!! I am also 4 months post-band surgery and I am LOVING this help and sorta wishing I'd have done this many years ago. I am wearing a pair of pants today that I had to STRUGGLE to get into just a few months ago. AND I don't have the muffin top thing going on anymore over these pants! I am starting to see the 'healthy' me slowly emerging from this adipose cocoon and I am ready to emerge as a transformed ME!

I'm only 1.5 weeks out but I've lost a total of 30 lbs since starting my pre-approval diet, including 5 since surgery. Today I was putting the "winter" clothes away and I tried in 2 dresses that I haven't worn in 6-7 yrs....they fit better now then ever before!!

Can't wait to continue on this journey.
