hevtiger 5 Posted March 31, 2015 Ok, I am looking at approximately a week of clear liquid. I am having some trouble finding clear Liquid Protein powders & liquids. I know that I can have broth, but I would like to cram as much Protein into me as possible at mealtimes, lol. My question is what have you used as clear liquid? Also, if I take my Pure Protein French vanilla shake powder & just mix it with Water without the non-fat dry milk, would that count as a clear liquid? Would it count with the dry milk in it? Thanks in advance!
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted March 31, 2015 Prosource no carb is a clear liquid Protein. You can buy it online. Are you talking about Clear Liquids before or after surgery? Post op they may not be as worried about Protein. Some practices just want to make sure you are staying hydrated.

missheidi47 127 Posted March 31, 2015 unjury makes an unflavored Protein powder that you can mix with broth, Water + Crystal light, etc. I haven't tried it yet, but I bought some in case I hate the Isopure after surgery.
raenola 2 Posted April 1, 2015 Pocket Protein is clear Protein. I add it to my Water. It's delicious.
